Our Reception is staffed during office hours. All tenants have out of hours access to the premises 24/7. There are ample free car parking spaces directly next to the building. Cyclists can leave their bikes safely locked to our cycle hoops.

The Networking Café

Network with other tenants or with your guests in this informal space, complete with self service kitchen.

The Board Room

Equipped with TV, DVD, video and data projector, our board room seats 20 delegates. Available for hire to tenants and other clients. Refreshments can be supplied and served in the board room.

The Hatchery

A great exhibition space with 12 hot-desks for rent by the day, the half day or even by the hour.
